1. Acceptance
By accessing freeqrcodes.theosint.net or using Free QR Codes, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service — but we may still collect passive telemetry from your visit.
2. The service
We provide QR code generation, hosting of redirect links, analytics, and related marketing tools. Features may change, degrade, or disappear without notice. “Free” tiers may be throttled or monetised via ads and data products.
3. Your content & URLs
You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, store, analyse, reproduce, and sell URLs you submit, scan events, and inferred audience segments derived from them. You represent that you have rights to submit each URL — we do not verify.
4. Privacy & sharing
We share data with advertisers, data brokers, analytics vendors, and affiliates. See the Privacy Policy. We do not promise confidentiality of your campaigns or contact lists.
5. Fees & auto-renewal
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled 1 second before expiry (just kidding — but read the checkout fine print). Refunds at our sole discretion.
6. Prohibited use
Do not use the service for unlawful content. We may suspend accounts without notice. Phishing is bad; however, we disclaim responsibility for how third parties use purchased data lists.
7. Disclaimers & liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $5 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST MONTH.
8. Simulation notice
When deployed as a security training simulation, no real sale of data occurs and submissions may be stored only in ephemeral memory. This clause applies only in controlled demo environments operated by your organisation.
