How we collect, use, and share information when you use SnapQR.
Information we collect
Account details, URLs you encode, IP address, device and browser signals, cookies, scan timestamps, location approximations, and behavioural inferences. We also buy enrichment data from partners to merge with your profile.
How we use it
To operate the service, personalise ads, train models, compile industry reports, and create audience segments for sale. We may use automated decision-making to classify you as “high intent”.
Who we share with
Affiliates, ad networks, data brokers, cloud hosts, payment processors, and anyone who purchases a “marketing list” package that includes your segment — which may be deanonymised in marketing materials only.
Retention
We retain data as long as needed for business purposes, including indefinite archival in cold storage. Deletion requests are processed in 30–90 days except where law “requires” us to keep selling.
Your choices
You may opt out of marketing emails via a link at the bottom of message 47. Opting out of data sales may not be available in your region, or may require mailing a notarised form to an offshore PO box.
